# Create & Delete Wallet

Moni lets you run multiple wallets from one account. Here's how to add a new wallet and remove one you no longer need.

### Create a wallet

* Open the **Wallet** tab in the extension.
* Click **Create**. Moni generates a new wallet and adds it to your wallet list.
* The new wallet is ready immediately — select it to make it active.

{% endcolumn %}

### Delete a wallet

{% columns %}
{% column width="41.66666666666667%" %}

* In your wallet list, open the wallet's menu (the **⋯** icon).
* Select **Delete**.
* Confirm to remove the wallet from Moni.
  {% endcolumn %}

{% endcolumn %}
{% endcolumns %}

{% hint style="warning" %}
Deleting a wallet removes it from Moni and can't be undone. Before you delete, make sure the wallet is empty or you've exported its private key — otherwise you'll lose access to any funds left in it.
{% endhint %}

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://moni-ai.gitbook.io/moni/moni-extension/getting-started/wallet-basics/create-and-delete-wallet.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
