# Presets

Moni lets you save multiple trading presets for different market conditions. A preset is a saved set of trade settings(buy amounts, slippage, priority fee, MEV protection) that you reuse instead of adjusting everything by hand before each trade.

Not every trade needs the same setup. When speed matters, run a more aggressive preset for faster execution; when it doesn't, a conservative one keeps costs down. Moni gives you three slots — **P1, P2, P3** — set them once, then switch with a single tap.

### How to set up Presets

<figure><img src="/files/iVs4TGuFRzjklZ5DiVTx" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Each slot is independent, set all three up once and they're ready whenever you need them.

{% stepper %}
{% step %}
Open the trading panel and pick the slot you want to configure — **P1**, **P2**, or **P3**.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}
Set your buy amounts and adjust the parameters: **slippage**, **priority fee**, and **MEV protection**.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}
That's it — your changes save automatically. Before any trade, just tap **P1**, **P2**, or **P3** to apply that preset.
{% endstep %}
{% endstepper %}

{% hint style="info" %}
✅ Keep one aggressive preset for fast-moving tokens and one conservative for calmer entries.
{% endhint %}

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://moni-ai.gitbook.io/moni/moni-extension/trading/presets.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
